• Leaderboards and other interactive features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. User Accounts and Content

You are responsible for the information you provide when creating certificates or using our services. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information about yourself or others
• Create certificates for individuals without their consent
• Use our services for defamatory, harassing, or abusive purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Mi-Amor™, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Mi-Amor™ and are protected by intellectual property laws.

While you own the personal information you provide, you grant Mi-Amor™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any actions or decisions taken based on our certificates
• Any relationship or breakup that occurs while using our services
• Any emotional distress caused by our humorous content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mi-Amor™ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.
